基于O2O模式的安徽农产品电子商务发展对策研究

摘  要:
安徽作为农产品资源丰富的农业大省,农产品电子商务发展迅速,但也存在不少薄弱环节。O2O电子商务通过线上线下资源整合,缩短农产品流通中间环节、降低成本、改善消费者体验,成为当前农产品电子商务发展的热点。在调查安徽省农产品电子商务发展现状的基础上,从模式选择、品类选择与定位、冷链物流与质量追溯、线下资源整合与社区化发展等方面发展安徽农产品O2O电子商务的对策建议。

摘  要:
As a major province with abundant agricultural products, Anhui province has witnessed a rapid development of e-commerce of agricultural products. But there are still many weak points. By integrating on-line and off-line resources, O2O e-commerce shortens the circulation of agricultural products, reduces cost and improves consumer experience, thus becoming a fashion in the current e-commerce of agricultural products. Based on the investigation into the status quo of e-commerce of agricultural products in Anhui province, the paper puts forward measures to develop the O2O e-commerce of agricultural products in Anhui province from aspects of selection of modes, selection and positioning of categories, cold chain logistics and quality tracking, integration of off-line resources and communitybased development.
