超声强化提取仙草黄酮及其抗氧化活性研究

摘  要:
仙草是传统的药食同源植物,试验研究了超声波提取仙草中黄酮类物质的工艺。利用正交试验考察提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度和超声波功率对总黄酮提取率的影响,并测定了其对羟自由基(OH.)和1,1-二苯基-2-苦苯肼自由基(DPPH.)的清除结果。结果表明,黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度60℃,提取时间30min,乙醇浓度60%,超声波功率200W,总黄酮得率为2.05%。仙草总黄酮提取物对OH.和DPPH.均有较强的清除能力。

摘  要:
Ultrasonic was used to extract flavonoids of mesona Blume in order to improve the extraction effect. Through orthogonal experiments,the optimal technological parameters were determined. The result expresses the optimal technological parameters are the concentration of the extracting temperature 60 ℃,time 30 min,ethanol 80%,power of ultrasonic 200 W. The total extracting rate was as high as 2.05%. Meanwhile,the antioxidative activity of flavonoids was investigated. The flavonoids also showed inhibitory effects on hydroxyl radical and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical.
