小麦异源(黑麦)重组系籽粒蛋白质分析

摘  要:
以选自10-A/88-1643//川育12 号的60 个小麦异源(黑麦)重组系为供试材料,对籽粒蛋白质含量进行了检测,并分析了籽粒蛋白质含量与农艺及产量性状的相关性质与程度。结果表明,重组系籽粒蛋白质含量存在着明显的变异,超过高亲川育12 号(15.0% )的后代品系占60% 。蛋白质含量高达17.0% 以上的高蛋白品系占被测品系的13.3% 。蛋白质含量仅与株高呈显著正相关,而与小穗数、穗粒数、千粒重和穗粒重等产量性状的相关不显著,说明在该三交组合中容易克服蛋白质含量与产量的不良相关。本文还对蛋白质含量的超亲遗传现象进行了讨论。

摘  要:
Sixty lines, derived from the triple cross of multispiklet wheat line 10 A with 88 1643 and Chuanyu 12 , and 3 parents were used to investigate the grain protein content and its correlation with other agronomic characters . There was significant variance among these recombinants. The grain protein content of sixty percent lines were higher than the highest parent,Chanyu12(15.0%). In these recombinant lines, there were thirteen percent lines which grain protein content were higher than 17.0%. The simple correlation coefficient and partial correlation coefficient between grain protein content and plant height were positively significant, but the correlation of grain protein content with heading date, spikelet number per spike, grain number per spike, grain weight per spike and 1000 grains weight were not significant . These results suggested that the deleterious correlation between yield and grain protein content might be overcome . And in this paper the genetics of grain protein content was discussed.
