苗尾水电站大坝心墙防渗土料开采施工工艺研究

摘 要:
苗尾水电站拦河大坝为砾质土心墙堆石坝,属大(1)型一等工程,最大坝高131.3 m。勘探及室内试验结果表明,料场土料分类属于宽级配砾质土,大坝防渗土料具有料源多,料场分散,距坝址运距远,可用层开采深度不一,土层结构复杂,土性不均一,含水率变化大,开采工序复杂等特点,料场料源控制上有较大的难度。针对上述问题,制定了相应的土料开采施工工艺及方法,确保了工程料源质量控制。

摘 要:
The dam of Miaowei hydropower station is gravelly soil core rockfill dam,which is a large( 1) type of first-class engineering with the maximum height of 131. 3 m. Exploration and laboratory test results show that soil material is classified as a wide grading gravelly soil,the impervious earth material of the dam with the characteristics of multi-source,transport distance away from the dam site,the available layers of different mining depth,complex soil layer structure,heterogeneous soil properties,moisture content vary different and complex mining process which made source control greater difficulty in soil material field. In response to these problems,the appropriate soil material exploitation construction technology and methods are developed to ensure the material quality of project source under control.
