To study the effect on the gastrointestinal micro-environment of green goose from different levels of expanded blood meal.Three hundreds young geese who were one day age were selected in this study, who were divided into three groups randomly,1.5%,3.0% and 4.5% expanded blood meal were added in the grain respectively. The pepsase activity of above three groups were 244.60,233.20 and 227.40U/g.The test results of microbial population numbers showed the numbers of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria of 3.0% expanded blood meal group were more than other two groups, but the numbers of Escherichia coli were less than other respectively. The results showed that the gronp of 3.0% expanded blood meal had the best application effect.
