温室大棚电动自走式撒肥机的设计

摘  要:
目前,大棚内的作业大部分为原始的手工劳动,劳动强度大、工作环境差、效率低,严重阻碍了蔬菜生产的发展。现在国内尚无机型轻巧、转向灵活,适应大棚农业作业的生产机具。为了加快大棚蔬菜生产的推广普及,填补我国在工作性能优良的小型农机具制造方面的空白,设计了一款温室大棚电动自走式的撒肥机械,一次能完成8垄的撒肥任务,改善了作业环境,降低了劳动强度,明显提高了作业效率。该撒肥机机型小、结构简单、操作方便、造价低廉,一定会受到蔬菜种植户的欢迎。

摘  要:
At present greenhouse operations are the original manual labor,large labor intensity,poor working conditions and low efficiency.It is a serious impediment to the development of vegetable production.Now there is not the production equipment to adapt to the greenhouse agricultural operations in the domestic.In order to speed up the promotion of vegetable production,and fill the blank in the small farm machinery manufacturing,the writers have designed a greenhouse electric self-propelled fertilizer distributor in the article.It is time to complete the eight ridge fertilizers task.Farmers use the machine to improve the working environment,reduce the labor intensity,and significantly improve operating efficiency.The manure spreader has simple structure,convenient operation,and low cost.It will be welcomed by vegetable growers.
