50%溴螨·炔螨特乳油的气相色谱分析

摘要：

[目的]建立一种同时分析溴螨酯和炔螨特的气相色谱法。[方法]采用气相色谱法,以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为内标物,使用DM-5毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,对溴螨.炔螨特乳油进行分离和定量分析。[结果]溴螨酯、炔螨特的线性相关系数为0.9969、0.9975;平均回收率100.07%、100.12%;标准偏差为0.075、0.104;变异系数为0.3%、0.4%。[结论]方法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于溴螨.炔螨特乳油样品的定性和定量分析。

摘要：

A gas chromatographic method was developed for the quantitative determination of bromopropylate·propargite EC.[Methods] The bromopropylate·propargite EC was separated and analyzed quantitatively by GC with the method using dioctyl phthalate as internal standard and DM-5 capillary column and FID as detector.[Results] The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient were 0.9969 and 0.9975,the average recovery were 100.07 and 100.12%,the standard deviation were 0.075 and 0.104,the RSD were 0.3 and 0.4% for bromopropylate and propargite respectively.[Conclusions] The method was simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of bromopropylate·propargite EC sample.
