不同剂型唑嘧磺草胺对玉米田杂草的防除效果及安全性评价

摘  要:
为明确唑嘧磺草胺不同剂型与防除效果、安全性的关系,采用土壤处理的方法进行田间试验。结果表明,45.00、90.00、135.00 g/hm~2不同剂型唑嘧磺草胺处理药后20 d对玉米田阔叶杂草总株防效均能达到90%以上,表现出良好的防治效果;药后40 d,不同剂型唑嘧磺草胺45.00 g/hm~2处理总体鲜重防效仍能达到89.69%~91.05%,对玉米田杂草表现出良好的防治效果,且不同剂型、同一剂量下防治效果差异不显著。作物安全性评价结果显示,不同剂型唑嘧磺草胺45.00 g/hm~2处理对玉米安全性较好;悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂90.00 g/hm~2处理对玉米表现出轻微药害,但随着玉米生长药害逐渐恢复;不同剂型135.00 g/hm~2处理对玉米安全性较差,表现出不同程度的药害,其中悬浮剂和可分散油悬浮剂药害较重,株高、鲜重、产量均显著低于人工除草处理,株高抑制率分别为6.64%和5.60%、鲜重抑制率分别为28.33%和31.50%、减产率分别为19.88%和28.80%。因此,在玉米田使用唑嘧磺草胺应注意控制使用剂量,尽量选用可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂以获得更高的安全性。

摘  要:
A field experiment was carried out to determine the relationship between dose and control efficacy and selectivity of flumetsulam applied to the soil to corn. Flumetsulam at 45 g/hm~2,90 g/hm~2,and 135 g/hm~2 provided above 90% control of broad-leaved weeds at 20 d after treatment. After 40 d,flumetsulam at 45 g/hm~2 controlled 90% of the weeds based on their fresh weight,without significant difference between different formulations. Flumetsulam(45 g/hm~2) was selective to corn;flumetsulam 90 g/hm~2 SC and OD caused slight damage to corn,but the crop gradually recovered. Flumetsulam at 135 g/hm~2 lost its selectivity to corn;both SC and OD formulations were phytotoxic,significantly decreasing plant height by 6.64% and 5.60%,weight by 28.33% and 31.50% and yield by 19. 88% and 28. 80%,respectively,compared with the manually weeded control. Therefore,it is important to use the proper dose of the herbicide giving preference to the WP and WD formulations to maintain high selectivity to the crop.
