30%氟铃脲·三唑磷微乳剂的研究

摘  要:
采用转相法制备30%氟铃脲·三唑磷微乳剂,简述了其制备理论和制备方法,对配方组分进行了筛选和优化实验,确定了最佳配方组成:氟铃脲2%,三唑磷28%,二甲基甲酰胺+N-甲基吡咯烷酮15%~20%,LQ-500+PA201+PA20220%~30%,水余量。所得制剂在54℃下热贮14d分解率小于5%,透明温度范围为-5~60℃,稀释稳定性及低温稳定性均合格。

摘  要:
Microemulsion of 30% hexaflumuron·triazophos was developed by using reverse method (water phase to oil phase). The paper introduces the prepare theory and producing method of ME, after a series of selection experi-ments of different surfactants, solvents and water. The results showed that the optimum formulation are as follows: hexaflumuron 2%, triazophos 28%, DMF+NMP 15-20%, LQ-500+PA201+PA202 20-30%, and the else water. The decomposition rate of the preparation detected by HPLC was less than 5% under 54 °C after 14 days. From –5 to 60 °C, the preparation could keep transparent, its stability was also satisfied under low temperature or be diluted.
