水稻碳足迹评估方法研究及碳足迹计算器开发

摘  要:
参照ISO 14067标准并结合生命周期评价方法,构建水稻碳足迹评估模型,在此基础上开发了基于J2EE的水稻碳足迹计算器,并以广东某水稻生产加工企业进行实例验证。结果表明:水稻种植过程中碳排放量最高,因此,广东低碳水稻生产的关键在于降低水稻种植过程中的碳排放,尤其是稻田碳排放。水稻碳足迹计算器的开发为水稻生产碳足迹评估提供了一个便利的工具,有助于推进产品碳标签的实施。

摘  要:
The assessment model of rice carbon footprint was built according to the ISO 14067 standard and the life cycle evaluation method. On the basis of this,a calculator for rice carbon footprint was developed based on J2EE,and it was examined by practical examples in a rice production and processing enterprise of Guangdong. The results showed that the carbon emission during rice cultivation was the highest. Therefore,the key of low-carbon rice production in Guangdong is to reduce the carbon emission in the process of rice planting,especially in paddy field. The development of carbon footprint calculator can provide a convenient tool for the evaluation of rice carbon footprint,and can contribute to the implementation of carbon labeling of products.
