玉米小斑病菌C毒素培养滤液对玉米叶片苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的诱导效应

摘  要:
分别用不同低浓度玉米小斑病菌C毒素培养滤液处理两种基因型(B37和C103)同核异质系的玉米叶片后再接高浓度毒素培养滤液,观察其病斑大小并测定与抗病相关的关键酶——苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性变化。结果表明,对CB37的处理,以1∶50处理效果较好,PAL酶活性最高;对CC103的处理,以1∶60处理效果较好,PAL酶活性最高。在不同基因型、不同细胞质中所需激发子最有效地激活浓度及激活时间不同,确定了低浓度C毒素作为激发子来诱导玉米的获得性抗性具有一定的广泛性。

摘  要:
The low concentration of Bipolaris maydis race C toxin as an elicitor is extensive and can be repeatable.We detained the same results on a pair of homokaryon B37 and C103 lines.At the same time,we measured the dimension of the leaf spot and determined the changes of PAL activities.The effect of 1∶50 in different disposal of CB37 is better,but in CC103 1∶60 is.Accordingly,the right concentration of different breeds is discriminative.
