饲料和饲料原料中致泻性大肠杆菌的检测

摘  要:
[目的]了解饲料及饲料原料中致泻性大肠杆菌的污染情况。[方法]2015—2016年,应用多重PCR技术对463批饲料及饲料原料中致泻性大肠杆菌进行检测。[结果]463批样品共检出12批阳性样品,检出率为2.6%,其中以EPEC、ETEC、EHEC为主。EPEC阳性样品7批,阳性率1.50%;ETEC阳性样品3批,阳性率0.65%;EHEC阳性样品2批,阳性率0.43%。[结论]饲料和饲料原料中致泻性大肠杆菌污染比较严重,应进一步加强管理。

摘  要:
[Objective]To study the pollution of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli( DEC) in feed and feed ingredients. [Method]Multiplex PCR technologies were used to detect DEC in 463 batches of feed and feed ingredients during 2015-2016.[Result] Among 463 batches of samples,12 batches of positive samples were detected and the total positive rate of DEC was 2. 6%. Predominant DEC groups were EPEC,ETEC,and EHEC,with the positive rate of 1. 5%( 7/463) and 0. 65%( 3/463) and 0. 43%( 2/463) respectively.[Conclusion]The pollution of DEC in feed and feed ingredients was serious,so the management should be further strengthened.
