远红外线治疗仪改善维持性血液透析患者血管弹性和内径的临床观察

摘  要：
目的对比分析并观察慢性肾衰竭(CRF)行血液透析(HD)患者使用FIR改善血管弹性和内径的临床疗效.方法回顾性分析血管条件欠佳难建立或AVF失败患者47例,根据治疗方式分为远红外线治疗仪(FIR)组27例和非远红外线治疗仪(非FIR)组20例,对比分析2组治疗前及治疗3周后血管内径及血管阻尼指数的变化,比较2组患者的预后.结果治疗后2组患者血管内径及血管阻尼指数均有明显差异(P〈0.05);2组3周后均行手术建立AVF,FIR组成功25例,失败2例;非FIR组成功13例,失败7例,2组建立AVF成功率具有统计学差异(P〈0.05).结论血管条件欠佳的CRF患者使用FIR治疗后,血管条件得到了明显改善,相较非FIR组提高了手术建立AVF的成功率.

摘  要：
Stem segment explants of floribunda rose 'NH2013-6' were used to select proper basic medium, establish buds inducement and rapid propagation procedure. The results showed that: (1) The suitable medium for the germination of axillary bud and shoot multiplication was MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L. The germinating rate could reach 93.5%, the multiplication multiple could reach 3.6 by using this medium to induce; (2) The suitable rooting medium was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L, and the rooting rate could reach 90.4%; (3) After a series of training, the seedlings of the floribunda roses which came from the tissue culture room could grow in the outdoor environment, and the survival rate could reach 85%.
