摘  要:
[目的]研究马尾藻多糖对奥尼罗非鱼生长性能、血液生化指标和免疫调节的影响。[方法]采用奥尼罗非鱼作为试验对象,在饲料中分别添加不同水平的马尾藻多糖(添加量分别为0、0.10%、0.15%和0.20%),饲养30日后测定奥尼罗非鱼的增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数、血液生化指标和非特异性免疫指标。[结果]浓度为0.10%的马尾藻多糖能极显著提高奥尼罗非鱼的增重率、生长速度和降低饲料系数(P<0.01),并能显著提高血液中红细胞数、总蛋白和血糖的含量(P<0.05);浓度为0.15%的马尾藻多糖能极显著提高其总蛋白含量(P<0.01)和显著提高血液中超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶和酸性磷酸酶活力(P<0.05);浓度为0.20%的马尾藻多糖能极显著提高其血液中总蛋白含量和酸性磷酸酶活力(P<0.01),并显著提高溶菌酶活力(P<0.05)。[结论]马尾藻多糖能显著提高奥尼罗非鱼的生长性能和非特异性免疫水平,在奥尼罗非鱼饲料中马尾藻多糖的适宜添加量为0.10%~0.15%。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the effects of sargassum polysaccharide(SP)on growth performance,blood biochemical parameters and immune-regulatory in the tilapia Oreochromis aureus ♂×Oreochromis niloticus ♀.[Method] The tilapia Oreochromis aureus ♂×Oreochromis niloticus ♀ were fed with control diet and three different experiments diets which contain 0.1%,0.15% and 0.2% sargassum polysaccharide(SP)levels by oral administration.And the weight gain ratio,specific growth rate,formulated feed index,blood biochemical parameters and non-specific immune indicators were analyzed after 30 d.[Result] Compared with the control group,the weight gain ratio,specific growth rate of the tilapia fed with 0.1% sargassum polysaccharide were increased significantly(P<0.01) and the formulated feed index decreased significantly(P<0.01).And the red cell number,the concentrations of total protein and serum glucose in the blood were increased significantly(P<0.05) when the tilapia were fed with the experiment diet contained 0.1% SP.The concentrations of total protein,enzymes activities of lysozyme,SOD,and ACP in blood of the tilapia were both increased observably(P<0.05) by treatment of diets which contains 0.15% SP.0.1% SP can not only significantly(P<0.01) enhance the concentrations of total protein and the enzymes activities of ACP but also significantly(P<0.05) enhance the enzymes activities of lysozyme in blood of the tilapia.[Conclusion] SP could improve the growth performance and the non-specific immune function of the tilapia Oreochromis aureus ♂×Oreochromis niloticus ♀ observably.The best concentration of SP was 0.1%-0.15% when it was added in the feed diet of the tilapia Oreochromis aureus ♂×Oreochromis niloticus ♀.
