多工序西芹种植一体机设计与试验

摘  要:
以拖拉机为动力机,集成挂接式起垄、压实、覆膜、打孔、播种、盖沙作业工序,设计多工序西芹种植一体机,阐述主要以双侧旋耕起垄筑畦,气压打孔+旋转划孔复合打孔技术、气压排种技术、主动排沙与限位盖沙同步技术解决西芹膜上浅施播种、盖沙难题的工作原理,重点设计旋耕起垄、伸缩换向动力传动、压膜打孔关键部件,研制西芹复式种植一体机。经过试验表明:筑畦宽度为118.3cm,行距均值为15.18cm,株距为16.27cm,检测开孔土槽短径为31.4mm,长径为44.9mm,开孔深度为5.75~7.75mm,以上实际检测参数均满足西芹种植需求。

摘  要:
In this paper,a tractor is used as a power machine.Firstly,the process of hanging ridging,compaction,mulching,drilling,sowing and sand covering is integrated.And then,the technologies of two sides rotary tillage ridging construction,barometric drilling+rotary perforation combined drilling,pressure metering,active sand removal and sand covering of limited switches is elaborated for the working principle of the prototype.Besides,key components of rotary tillage ridging,telescopic commutation power transmission and pressing film drilling are focused on designing.Finally,the multi process celery planting prototype is developed.Experiments for the prototype show that the width of the border is 118.3 cm,the average row spacing is 15.18 cm,the plant spacing is16.27 cm,the short diameter of the soil slot is 31.4 mm,the length is 44.9 mm,and the depth of the hole is 5.75~7.75 mm.All the above parameters meet the needs of celery cultivation.
