柴油发电机组振动的试验研究

摘  要:
通过对频响函数的测试,获得了某型柴油发电机组隔振系统各阶刚体模态频率和弹性模态频率,分析了该机组振源和振动特点。实验结果表明,机组支架的弹性模态频率与机组激振频率的耦合是机组振动较大的主要原因。通过对机组支架的动态设计和加强,解决了机组振动大的问题。

摘  要:
In order to optimizing the vibration isolation of some diesel generator set,an analysis of the vibration character and excitation forces of it is presented through theory study and vibration testing. The result indicates the rotating frequency of crank is the main vibration frequency and the imbalance forces of the diesel engine is the main vibration excitation generator. Succeed in obtaining frequencies of rigid body modes and flexible modes of its vibration isolation system by frequency response measurements, the paper finds that low stiffness of the base frame causes its frequencies of flexible modes and the set’s main excitation frequency coupling, also this lead to the set’s vibration level exceeding normal. After the frame redesigned and improved, the set’s vibration level decreases to acceptability and vibration separation increases.
