摘 要：
以陕西省佛坪县为例,分析了林农参与森林碳汇抵押贷款意愿的影响因素,通过对原始调查数据进行信度、效度检验,建立结构方程模型,对影响因素进行因子分析。结果表明:森林碳汇抵押贷款成本、森林保险范围以及碳汇资产变现难易程度,对贷款意愿产生非常显著的影响,揭示了各影响因素之间的关系。据此提出建议,为森林碳汇抵押贷款机制的制定和完善提供参考依据。

摘 要：
Based on the background of low—carbon development,forest carbon sink mortgage loan can extend financing channel of forestry farmers,and then play a better role in ecological and economic benefits. In this paper,taking Foping county Shaanxi province as an example,analysis influence factors of farmers' willingness to participate in the forest carbon sink mortgage loan. First through the test of reliability and validity to the original survey data. Next using factor analysis to analysis of the willingness of farmers of forest carbon sink mortgage loan. At last,this paper establishes structural equation model. The results show that the cost of forest carbon sink mortgage loan,forest insurance coverage and ease of carbon trading have significant impacts on farmers' willingness. And this paper puts forward some relatable policy suggestions.
