胶合木人工模拟酸雨和海水老化耐久性能

摘  要:
人工加速老化试验在一定程度上可以模拟自然界中某些气候及地理条件,在较短的试验周期内得到试验结果,更快地评价各因素对层板胶合木性能的影响。共设置8组672个试件,采用自制人工模拟酸雨和海水溶液,参照GB/T 50082—2009《普通混凝土长期性能和耐久性能试验方法标准》,对2种层板胶合木(落叶松-间苯二酚甲醛树脂和樟子松-间苯二酚甲醛树脂)试件进行人工模拟酸雨和海水老化处理。试验结果表明:模拟溶液的pH对胶合木吸水行为有一定影响,但有待进一步研究; 2种胶合木试件在盐度(S)=6%的海水老化处理后尺寸稳定性较S=3%时更好; 2种老化处理对试件的抗弯性能有负面影响。盐度水平对试件抗弯性能影响的差异不大,但随着盐度的增加,抗弯性能的下降趋势减慢; 2种老化处理后,试件的胶合性能呈下降趋势。pH为2和S=3%的模拟溶液对2种胶合木试件的胶层剪切强度影响更大;对比海水老化试验,酸雨老化对试件胶层剥离率的影响更大。方差分析结果表明,本研究中2种老化处理方式的老化时间、材料种类和2种模拟溶液水平对试件的3种力学性能均会产生显著影响。

摘  要:
With the emergence of engineered wood products,the application scope of wood structure has gradually expanded,and wood products have been widely used in outdoor scenes,which inevitably lead to various strength tests in natural environments. Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the durability of glulam in outdoor environments. The general outdoor exposure aging testing method has a long test cycle and high requirements for manpower,material resources and site space. Moreover,due to the uncontrollable local climate conditions,the test results may not be suitable for other different climatic conditions. In order to obtain the test results in a short time period and evaluate the influence of various factors on the samples more quickly,the artificial accelerated aging test method is usually used. Artificial accelerated aging tests can simulate some climatic and geographical conditions in nature,the test results can be obtained in a short test cycle,and the effects of various factors on the properties of glulam can be evaluated more quickly. In this study,two kinds of glulam were treated by artificial simulated acid rain and seawater aging according to GB/T 50082-2009"Standard for test methods of long-term performance and durability of ordinary concrete". The results showed that,the thickness swelling and 24 h water absorption thickness swelling of Larix gmelinii glulam specimens were greater than those of Pinus sylvestris glulam specimens. The modulus of rupture,modulus of elasticity and bonding shear strength of the specimens were negatively affected by the two aging treatments. For the P. sylvestris specimens,the acid rain solution with pH = 2 had a greater influence on the modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity of the specimens in the first aging cycle,and the bending properties of L. gmelini specimens treated with two pH simulated solutions had slight difference. With the increase of salinity,the decreasing trend of flexural properties of the specimens slowed down. The acid rain solution with pH = 2 and salinity 3% seawater solution had a greater influence on the bonding shear strength of the two kinds of specimens. The peeling rate of P. sylvestris specimens was low-er than that of L. gmelinii glulam. Compared with the seawater aging test,the acid rain aging had more significant influence on the adhesive layer peeling rate. In this study,the aging time,material types and two simulated solution levels of the two aging treatments had significant effects on the three mechanical properties of the glulam specimens.
