广丰马家柚最适采收成熟度研究

摘  要:
以广丰马家柚为材料,对3个不同采收期和成熟度的柚果内在品质进行测定。结果表明,10月25日是最适宜的贮藏果采收时间。该时期采果可滴定酸和出汁率在整个贮藏期缓慢升高,发生木质化概率降低。11月15日为最适宜的鲜食果采收时间。出汁率、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、Vc在该时期上升到最高点。

摘  要:
Taking the Ma grapefruit in Guangfeng County as materials, the inherent quality of pomelo 3different harvest time and maturities were determined. The results showed that October 25 thwas the most suitable harvest time for storage fruit. During this period, the titratable acid and fruit juice rate increased slowly throughout the storage period, and the lignification probability decreased. November 15 thwas the most appropriate harvest time for fresh fruit. The juice rate, soluble solids, titratable acid and Vc contents rose to the highest point and began to decline in this period; soluble solids in the period rose to a high point.
