结球白菜幼胚培养技术研究

摘  要:
以结球白菜亲本为试材,从胚龄选择、激素水平的筛选和生根培养基的筛选3个方面,进行了结球白菜幼胚培养技术研究。结果表明:胚龄为18~25d的幼胚最易培养,最佳激素水平为:MS+NAA 0.6mg/L+6-BA 1.5mg/L+30g/L蔗糖+0.7%琼脂,最适生根培养基为:1/2MS+NAA 0.3mg/L+30g/L蔗糖+0.7%琼脂。

摘  要:
Taking Brassica campestris L.ssp.pekinensis as material,from the immature embryos' age,the plant growth regulators level and the root culture medium,the immature embryo culture technology of Brassica campestris L.ssp were studied.The results showed that the age of immature embryos for its tissue culture was 18~25 d,the best plant growth regulators level was MS+NAA 0.6 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+30 g/L sucrose+0.7% agar,the best root culture medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L+30 g/L sucrose+0.7% agar.
