游隙对直驱式风电机组主轴承承载性能的影响

摘  要:
给出圆柱滚子轴承载荷分布模型和精确计算方法。采用Romax软件建立1.5 MW直驱式风电机组主轴系的仿真模型,分析轴承在7种游隙状况下,载荷分布变化趋势与滚子接触应力的大小,并与数值计算结果作对比。结果表明,当主轴承由正游隙变为负游隙时,载荷分布范围越来越大,滚子与内外圈接触应力呈由大变小再变大的趋势,当存在小的负游隙时,接触应力最小。为研究滚动轴承的承载能力和疲劳寿命提供了一种快速有效的方法。

摘  要:
The load distribution model and accurate calculation method of roller bearing are given. The simulation model of 1.5 MW direct drive wind turbine spindle system is established by using Romax software. The load distribution trend and the contact stress of roller under seven clearance conditions are analyzed and compared with the numerical results. Results show that when the main bearing changes from positive clearance to negative clearance, the load distribution becomes larger and larger, the contact stress between the roller and inner and outer rings tends to change from big to small and then big When there is a small negative clearance, contact stress is minimal. This paper provides a quick and effective method for the study of load-carrying capacity and fatigue life of rolling bearing.
