摘 要:
为了考查有氧运动训练对中华倒刺鲃Spinibarbus sinensis、岩原鲤Procypris rabaudi和厚颌鲂Megalobrama pellegrini幼鱼生长能力和白肌纤维组织学特征的影响,在25℃条件下,测定了3种鲤科鱼类各自非训练组和训练组[1bl/s(体长/秒),历时48d]的摄食率、生长率、白肌纤维直径和密度等参数.结果显示训练组中华倒刺鲃幼鱼的摄食率、特定体质量生长率和特定体长生长率显著大于其非训练组(p<0.05),但饲料效率、白肌纤维直径和密度与非训练组无显著性差异.训练组岩原鲤和厚颌鲂幼鱼的摄食率、饲料效率、特定体质量生长率、特定体长生长率、白肌纤维直径和密度等参数与各自非训练组无显著性差异.研究表明有氧运动训练对3种鲤科鱼类摄食和生长的影响不尽相同;在有氧运动训练条件下中华倒刺鲃幼鱼生长反应与其白肌纤维组织结构变化无关.

摘 要:
To examine the effects of aerobic exercise training on the feed intake,growth performance and the characteristics of white muscle fibers in juvenile Spinibarbus sinensis,Procypris rabaudi and Megalobrama pellegrini,the feeding rate,growth rate,and diameter and density of white muscle fibre were measured in the non-trained and the trained groups of the three fish species at 25±0.5 ℃.Fish in the trained groups were given aerobic exercise training at a water velocity of 1body length(bl)s-1for 48 days.In juvenile S.sinensis,aerobic exercise training resulted in significant increases in feed intake, weight specific growth rate and length specific growth rate compared with those of the non-trained group, and feed efficiency and diameter and density of white muscle fibre were not significantly different between the non-trained and the trained groups.However,in juvenile P.rabaudi and M.pellegrini,feed intake, feed efficiency,weight specific growth rate,length specific growth rate,and diameter and density of white muscle fibre were not significantly different between the non-trained groups and the trained groups.The above results suggested that the effects of aerobic exercise training on feed intake and growth performance varied with the fish species and that the response of growth of juvenile S.sinensis to aerobic exercise training was not significantly correlated with the histological structure of its white muscle fibre.
