千年桐根的化学成分研究

摘  要:
研究千年桐Vernicia montana根的化学成分。采用各种现代色谱手段对其化学成分进行分离,测定各种波谱数据并结合文献研究以鉴定化合物的结构。分离到5化合物,分别鉴定为二萜12-O-palmityl-13-O-acetyl phorbol(1),三萜maslinic acid(2),木脂素syringaresinol(3),棕榈酸palmitic acid(4)和单棕榈酸甘油酯glycerol monopalmitate(5)。五个化合物(1~5)均为首次从该植物中分得。

摘  要:
The chemical constituents in the roots of Vernicia montana were investigated.The compounds were separated with column chromatography and their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral methods respectively.Five compounds were isolated from the plant and identified as 12-O-palmityl-13-O-acetyl phorbol(1),maslinic acid(2),syringaresinol(3),palmitic acid(4),glycerol monopalmitate(5).Compound 1 ~ 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
