摘  要：
通过发放问卷,对读者基本情况、读者阅读状况、图书馆服务情况以及对图书馆的综合评价和建议等方面的调查,并对问卷结果进行了总结归纳,分析探讨了北京石油化工学院图书馆主要读者群利用图书馆的情况和评价,就发现的主要问题和有益建议,提出了图书馆今后工作的一些改进。

摘  要：
Through issuing questionnaire,the paper has made an investigation on the basic situation of readers,reader reading status,library service situation and the comprehensive evaluation and suggestion on library construction,pooled information on the basis of the questionnaire,analyzed and explored the situation and evaluation of the opinions of reader population toward the library of the Beijing Institute of Petro-chemical Technology,and put forward suggestions for the improvement of future library work on the basis of the major found problems and beneficial suggestions.
