森林资源短缺、结构失衡、分布不合理严重影响森林三大效益的发挥 ,直接危及林产工业的持续发展和结构调整 ;商品林经营有利于调动林农耕山育林的积极性 ,迅速提高森林资源的数量和质量 ,为林产工业的持续发展提供强有力的资源保证 ,成为林业经济新的增长点 ,必须加快发展 ;文章还就如何发展商品林 ,提出一些粗浅看法。

摘  要：
The forest giving play to it three benefits was being influenced by the shortage and unbalanced structure and irrational distribution of forestry resource in Fujian province,and so were the sustainable development and structure adjusting in the forestry industry. The managing of good forest is benefit to mobilizing forestry farmer to cultivate mountain and raise forest in results of enhancing quickly the quantity and quality of forest resource. The developing of good forest can afford enough resource for sustainable development of forestry industry,and become the new forestry economic increasing point, so it should be made more progress quickly. How to develop the good forest?Some superficial ideas for this question are suggested in the paper.
