摘  要:
为研究乌骨鸡活性肽对顺铂所致小鼠肾毒性的防护作用,采用顺铂腹腔注射的方法建立顺铂肾毒性模型。将BALB/c小鼠随机分为空白组、顺铂模型组、乌骨鸡活性肽低(1 g/kg)、中(2 g/kg)、高剂量(4 g/kg)组,样品采用灌胃方式给予小鼠,分别给药处理7 d后,观察小鼠血清中肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN),肾组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及肾组织的病理变化。结果表明:与顺铂模型组比较,各治疗组小鼠血清BUN、Scr的含量降低,肾组织均浆中MDA含量下降,SOD活力、GSH-Px活力增高,其中2 g/kg剂量水平效果最佳。组织病理学检测显示乌骨鸡活性肽能够明显改善顺铂导致的肾小管坏死。结果提示,乌骨鸡活性肽可防护顺铂诱发的肾组织氧化损伤。

摘  要:
To investigate the protective effect of bioactive peptides from Silky chicken(BPSC) on cisplatin(CDDP)-induced kidney injuries and to explore its effective dose,the kidney damage model was established by intraperitoneal injection of CDDP(20 mg/kg)in mice. The BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group,CDDP model group,BPSC low dose,middle dose,high dose groups. The mice in treatment group were administrated the bioactive peptides from BPSC at the dose of 1,2,4 g/kg,respectively and consecutive treatment lasted 7 days. Then the levels of serum urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)and liver superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)level were measured,and kidney pathological examination was also conducted.The results showed that compared with the model group,BPSC could effectively decrease the level of Scr and BUN.The bioactive peptides prevented the increase of MDA level in kidney caused by CDDP in rats,and increased the levels of SOD and GSH-Px in kidney,among which the middle dose(2 g/kg)group showed a significant protective effect against kidney injury. According to the pathological examination of kidney,the renal tubular necrosis caused by CDDP as significantly reduced with BPSC. The results showed that BPSC could effectively inhibit the oxidative injury of kidney tissues in mice induced by CDDP.
