不同氮浓度对水稻分蘖期根系形态特征的影响

摘  要:
为探讨供氮浓度对水稻分蘖期根系形态特征的影响,以黄华占和晶两优1468为试验材料,采用盆栽水培方式,研究不同供氮水平下(0、25、50、75和100 mg/L)水稻分蘖期根系的形态特征。结果表明,水稻根系生物量、根冠比、平均根直径、总根长、总根表面积、总根体积和根分枝数均随着供氮浓度的升高而呈现先上升后下降的趋势。相比CK处理:供氮浓度为25和50 mg/L时,黄华占根系生物量显著增加;供氮浓度为25、50和75 mg/L时,晶两优1468根系生物量显著增加;2个品种的根冠比在供氮浓度为50 mg/L时差异显著。相比CK处理:供氮浓度促进各处理下黄华占和晶两优1468平均根直径分别增加8.74%~53.78%和5.91%~121.00%;总根长分别增加0.85%~96.24%和23.37%~85.86%;总根表面积分别增加7.78%~205.00%和10.33%~83.62%;总根体积分别增加13.71%~195.00%和16.38%~85.35%;根分枝数分别增加26.09%~162.00%和25.22%~111.00%。在供氮浓度为50 mg/L时,黄华占和晶两优1468根系生长状况最优。

摘  要:
To explore the effect of nitrogen supply on the morphological characteristics of rice roots at the tillering stage, using Huanghuazhan and Jingliangyou 1468 as the materials, the morphological characteristics of rice roots at the tillering stage were studied under the conditions of different nitrogen levels by means of potting hydroponics. The results showed that the root biomass, root-shoot ratio, average root diameter, total root length, total root surface area,total root volume and number of root branches had all the same trend of first increased then decreased with the increase of nitrogen concentration. Compared with CK, when the nitrogen concentration was 25 and 50 mg/L for Huanghuazhan and 25, 50 and 75 mg/L for Jingliangyou 1468, the root biomass increased significantly; the root-shoot ratio of both varieties was significantly increased at the nitrogen concentration of 50 mg/L. Compared with CK, the treatments of various nitrogen levels increased in Huanghuazhan and Jingliangyou 1468 by 8.74% ~ 53.78% and 5.91% ~ 121.00%for the average root diameter, by 0.85% ~ 96.24% and 23.37% ~ 85.86% for the total root length, by 7.78% ~ 205.00%and 10.33% ~ 83.62% for the total root surface area, by 13.71% ~ 195.00% and 16.38% ~ 85.35% for the total root volume, by 26.09% ~ 162.00% and 25.22% ~ 111.00% for the number of root branches, respectively. When the nitrogen concentration was 50 mg/L, both varieties of Huanghuazhan and Jingliangyou 1468 had the optimal growth of rice roots.
