摘  要：
Backgrounds, key scientific issues, main contents, methods and research outline of the national nonprofit sector (agriculture)special funds research program "Study and Demonstration on the New Technologies of Monitoring and Controlling Fruit Borer on Fruit Trees in Northern China"were introduced in this review. Research progresses were summarized and the role to promote agricultural production was analyzed. Further key issues were discussed.
