2种尺蛾成虫口器感器超微结构的观察

摘  要:
为确定茶银尺蠖和灰茶尺蠖2种尺蛾成虫口器及其感器的超微结构,探讨其取食行为,利用扫描电镜对2种尺蛾雌、雄成虫口器及感器的超微形态进行观察。结果表明,2种尺蛾雌、雄成虫口器形态均无明显差异。茶银尺蠖口器感器具有3类6个亚型,即毛形感器3个亚型、锥形感器2个亚型和栓锥形感器;灰茶尺蠖口器感器具有3类5个亚型,即毛形感器2个亚型、锥形感器2个亚型和栓锥形感器。2种尺蛾口器感器均具有3类,在结构和分布上十分类似,但形态上存在差异。

摘  要:
The ultramorphology of sensilla on the proboscis of female and male adults of two Geometridae moths,Scopula subpunctaria(Herrich-Schaeffer) and Ectropis grisescens Warren was investigated using scanning electron microscopy,to reveal the ultramorphology of mouthpart and sensilla on the proboscis of two Geometridae moths,and understand their feeding behavior.The results showed that there was no sex dimorphism in types of the proboscis sensilla in two Geometridae moths.There were three kinds and six subtypes of sensilla on the proboscis in S.subpunctaria,including three subtypes of sensilla trichodae,two subtypes of sensilla basiconica,and sensilla styloconica;There were three kinds and five subtypes of sensilla on the proboscis in E.grisescens,including two subtypes of sensilla trichodae,two subtypes of sensilla basiconica,and sensilla styloconica.The three kinds of sensilla on the proboscis in two Geometridae moths had similar structure and distribution,but showed differences in morphology.
