直觉模糊满意度计算模型

摘  要:
满意度理论广泛应用于优化、控制、管理、决策、资源分配、任务调度等领域,但大多是针对具体时间段定义和计算满意度,缺乏一种体现满意度在时间上变化的计算模型。笔者基于直觉模糊集理论建立了一个普适的多级直觉模糊满意度计算模型;利用直觉模糊集算子有效地诱导出直觉模糊满意度。给出直觉模糊满意态模型,计算满意度在时间上的变化态势,用发展的视角评价对象,将定性与定量的方法结合起来进行满意态计算,使计算结果信息量更大、更加科学合理且自动化程度高。分析了该模型的计算复杂度,并结合实例计算了商洛学院计算机科学系网络方向教师教学满意态,结果显示该模型高效实用。

摘  要:
Satisfaction degree theory is widely used in optimization, system control , management, decision-making, resource allocation, task scheduling, and other fields. But most of them based on specific times to define and calculate satisfaction degree, which lack of a calculation model can incarnate satisfaction degree’s change on time. Based on intuition fuzzy set theory established an universal multilevel intuitionistic fuzzy satisfaction degree calculation model. Effectively lead intuitionistic fuzzy filter operator to intuitionistic fuzzy satisfaction degree. Given a satisfaction situation model based on intuitionistic fuzzy set. Calculate the change trend of satisfaction over time. Based on development vision evaluate object. combine qualitative and quantitative methods to calculate satisfaction situation, make the results more informative, scientific , reasonable and have a high automated situation . Analyzes the model’s calculation complexity, and combined with a practical example compute the intuitionistic fuzzy satisfaction situation of department of computer science of Shangluo university’s teaching satisfaction situation of it’s Network direction teacher. The result shows that the model is effective and practical.
