复方中草药防治观赏鱼指环虫病研究

摘  要：
[目的]探索复方中草药对红鲫指环虫病的治疗效果。[方法]用马尾松叶、辣蓼、苦楝、乌桕叶、雷丸等制备的不同浓度(5、8、10g/L)的复方中草药合剂浸泡感染指环虫的红鲫,比较不同处理的杀虫效果。[结果]5 g/L中草药合剂对指环虫的杀灭效果不太理想;8g/L中草药合剂对指环虫的杀灭效果最好,6 h内杀虫率为20%～50%,24 h杀虫率达100%,且对红鲫无毒害作用;10 g/L中草药合剂对指环虫也具有一定的杀灭效果,但其对红鲫具有毒害作用。[结论]8 g/L中草药合剂可有效杀灭红鲫指环虫。

摘  要：
[Objective]The study was to explore the control effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on dactylogyrusis in red crucian carp.[Methods] The compound Chinese herbal medicine with different concn.(5,8,10 g/L) was prepared with Pinus massoniana leaves,Polygonum hydropiper L.,Melia azedarach,Chinese tallow leaves and omphalia to soak the red crucian carps which were infected by dactylogyriasis.The killing effect of different treatments on dactylogyriasis was compared.[Results] The killing effect of 5 g/L Chinese herbal medicine mixture on dactylogyrus was not ideal.The killing effect of 8 g/L Chinese herbal medicine mixture on dactylogyrus was the best with killing rate of 20%-50% within 6 h and killing rate of 100% within 24 h,and it had no toxic effect on red crucian carp.10 g/L Chinese herbal medicine mixture had certain killing effect on dactylogyrus,but it had toxic effect on red crucian carp.[Conclusion] 8 g/L Chinese herbal medicine mixture could effectively kill the dactylogyrus in red crucian carp.
