环境丰容对圈养非洲狮行为的影响

摘  要：
于2014年3月27日~4月2日,7月12~16日,8月22~25日,采用目标动物取样法和瞬时扫描记录法对成都动物园饲养的3头亚成年非洲狮在环境丰容前后的行为进行了观察。第1期动物在环境相对狭小的检疫馆(丰容前),第2、3期动物已转移到狮虎苑(第2期为环境丰容期间,第3期是丰容后)。结果:第1期非洲狮的运动、采食、警惕行为发生比例极显著高于第2、3期(P<0.01),第1期的休息行为极显著低于第2、3期(P<0.01)。第2期非洲狮的运动和玩耍行为显著低于第3期,休息行为显著高于第3期(P<0.05)。对非洲狮昼间行为日节律分析发现,运动行为主要发生在9:00~10:00,10:00~17:00期间休息行为占比例最高。第2、3期玩耍行为主要发生在9:00~11:00。观察结果表明,动物从相对狭小笼舍转移到有丰容设施且又宽敞的兽舍,行为发生了很大变化,如警惕行为减少,休息行为增加。

摘  要：
The behaviors of 3 sub-adult African lion(Panthera leo) at Chengdu Zoo were studied using a target animal instantaneous sampling method from 9:00-17:00 during 27 March-2April,12-16 July,and 22-25 August 2014.during which lions were reared in an old enclosure,an enrichment enclosure,and an enclosure with environment enrichment and bits of wood litter,respectively.Percentages of moving,eating and alert behaviors during the 1~(st)study period were significantly higher than those during the 2~(nd) and 3~(rd) phase(P<0.01).the percentage of resting behavior during the 1~(st) period were significantly lower than those during the 2~(nd) and 3~(rd) periods(P <0.01).The percentages of moving and playing behavior during the 2nd period were significantly lower than during the 3~(rd) period,the percentage of resting behaviors was significantly higher than during the 3~(rd) period(P<0.05).The daytime behavior rhythm showed that moving behavior mainly occured during 9:00-10:00 the percentage of resting behavior was highest during 10;00-17:00 and the percentage of playing behavior was highest during the 2~(nd) and 3~(rd) period,mainly during 9:00-11:00.The behaviors of lions transferred from a small cage to a larger enclosure changed greatly,shown by reduced alert behavior and increased resting.
