3MDZK-12型组控式单行仿形棉花打顶机的研制

摘  要:
针对棉花打顶人工作业效率低、强度大、可控性差等生产实际,研制了可实现各行独立仿形打顶作业的3MDZK-12型棉花打顶机;同时,重点介绍了齿带组合的传动系统、滚筒式切割器、切割器升降控制机构及套筒式平衡仿行机架的结构原理及特点。田间性能测试表明:该机结构简单合理、经济实用,能够满足棉花打顶的技术要求,且性能稳定、效率高。

摘  要:
Single row profiling cotton top cutter was designed to increase operating efficiency, to reduce operating intensity and to improve control performance. The unit construction principle and feature of tran- smission system with assembled toothed belts, cylinder cutter, and cutters lift control mechanism and sleeve equalizer profiling frame were introduced in this paper. Field experiments show that this mechanism is simple in reason and economy and the cutting performance is stable and high operating efficiency so that it can meet the requirements of cotton topping off.
