麦草在TEAc-DMSO体系中的溶解性能

摘  要:
考察了四乙基氯化铵(TEAc)-二甲基亚砜(DMSO)混合溶剂体系对麦草的溶解条件,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征溶解效果。结果表明,120℃、盐浓度2.0 mol/L溶解24 h可以得到较优的溶解效果。与LiCl-DMSO体系进行比较,在相同的条件下,TEAc-DMSO体系的溶解率都高于LiCl-DMSO体系。阳离子的差别对溶解木质纤维素有较明显的影响。

摘  要:
The effects of dissolution conditions of wheat straw in the tetraethylammonium chloride(TEAc)- dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) system were studied and characterized by FTIR and SEM. The results showed that under the temperature of 120℃, chloride concentration of 2.0 mol / L and dissolution time of 24h, the wheat straw in TEAc-DMSO system was best dissolved. Compared with the LiCl-DMSO system, the dissolution ratios of TEAc-DMSO system is better than that of LiCl-DMSO system under the same conditions. Difference of cation had significant influence on lignocelluloses dissolution.
