西藏3种冷水鱼皮肤病灶中潜在病原微生物分析

摘  要:
[目的]为分析黑斑原、异齿裂腹鱼和拉萨裸裂尻3种冷水鱼皮肤病灶中可培养微生物种类,探讨引起冷水鱼皮肤病变、死亡的主要病原微生物种类。[方法]利用平板方法在患病鱼皮肤病灶部位进行微生物的分离,经菌体形态观察、16S rDNA序列和ITS序列分析鉴定可培养微生物种属。[结果]从西藏3种冷水鱼皮肤病灶部位共计分离得到151株细菌和72株真菌,可培养细菌主要分布在α-变形菌纲(Alphaproteobacteria)、β-变形菌纲(Betaproteobacteria)、γ-变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacteria)、黄杆菌纲(Flavobacteria)、放线菌纲(Actinobacteria)、异常球菌纲(Deinococci)、芽孢杆菌纲(Bacilli)及厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)等1门、7纲21属25种,可培养真菌主要分布在接合菌纲(Zygomycetes)、座囊菌纲(Dothideomycetes)、散囊菌纲(Eurotiomycetes)、卵菌纲(Oomycetes)、银耳纲(Tremellomycetes)、酵母纲(Saccharomycetes)和丝孢纲(Hyphomycetes)等7纲15属24种。Aeromonas hydrophila、Paenisporosarcina sp.、Chryseobacterium sp.、Pseudomonas sp.、Plesiomonas shigelloides、Flavobacterium sp.、Mucor sp.Saprolegnia parasitica等其它鱼类的8种病原微生物被发现存在于西藏冷水鱼皮肤病灶处。[结论]黑斑原、异齿裂腹鱼和拉萨裸裂尻等冷水鱼皮肤病灶中潜藏着多种病原微生物,围绕这些病原微生物开展后续研究对西藏冷水鱼传染性疾病的防控治疗具有重要指导意义。

摘  要:
[Objective]To identified the culturable microorganism diversity in the skin lesions of Glyptosternum maculatum,Schizopygopsis younghusbandi and Schizothorax oconnori in Tibet,the main pathogenic microbial species that could cause the death of cold-water fish were investigated.[Method]The culturable microorganism was isolated from the skin lesions of cold-water fish by flat plate separation method firstly,and then the microorganism by morphology,16 S DNA sequence or ITS sequence was identified.[Result]A total of 151 bacteria and72 fungi were isolated from the skin lesions of G.maculatum,S.younghusbandi and S.oconnori.The culturable bacteria were mainly distributed in Alphaproteobacteria, Betaproteobacteria,Gammaproteobacteria,Flavobacteria,Actinobacteria,Deinococci,Bacilli and Firmicutes,The culturable fungi were mainly distributed in Zygomycetes,Dothideomycetes,Eurotiomycetes,Oomycetes,Tremellomycetes,Saccharomycetes and Hyphomycetes.The results showed that Aeromonas hydrophila,Paenisporosarcina sp.,Chryseobacterium sp.,Pseudomonas sp.,Plesiomonas shigelloides,Flavobacterium sp.,Mucor sp.and Saprolegnia parasitica might be the mainly potential pathogenic microorganisms in the skin lesions of cold-water fishes in Tibet.[Conclusion]There are many kinds of pathogenic microorganisms hidden in the skin lesions of cold-water fishes,and the pathogenic microorganisms are studied,which is very important to treat the diseases of cold-water fishes in Tibet.
