石膏刨花板电镜图像微观结构的定量分析

摘  要:
运用电镜图像处理技术,对电镜图像进行预处理突出图像的关键细节;综合利用了图像增强、边缘检测、分割处理等技术对石膏刨花板电镜图像作局部或整体处理,提取了晶体的形态、尺寸、面积等图像信息;对石膏晶体的分层分布状态、石膏晶体在木质刨花表面的分布状况进行了分析,取得比较好的效果。

摘  要:
This paper pre-treated the SEM imagines of gypsum board and gypsum particleboard to improve the imagine quality so that the microstructure of the material was further understood. The techniques of digital imagine processing, such as edge detection and imagine segmentation were used to partially or totally treat the SEM imagines of gypsum particleboard. The imagine informations including the shape ,size,area and lager distribution of the gypsum crystal were obtained. The lager distribution and the distribution of the gypsum crystal on the wood particleboard surface were primarily estimated. Good improvement was made as well.
