摘要：

学科建设是高等学校改革和发展的龙头,学科水平是衡量高校的办学水平和综合实力的重要标志。研究以湖南农业大学为例,尝试用系统思维模型——麦肯锡7S模型的视角,从共同理念、战略、结构、体制、风格、人员和技术七个要素对地方农业院校一流学科建设路径问题进行探讨,以期对推进地方农业院校学科建设体制机制改革,提升学科建设实力起到借鉴和参考作用。

摘要：

Discipline construction is the leading part of the reform and development of colleges and universities.Discipline level is an important symbol to measure the running level and comprehensive strength of universities.First-class discipline is a relative concept,advocating the enterprising spirit of fighting for the first place and the concept of paying attention to connotation development.By this,taking Hunan agricultural university as an example and using the systematic thinking model-McKinsey 7 S model as an angle,local agricultural colleges first-class discipline construction path problem is discussed in this paper from the common concept,strategy,structure,system,style,staff and technology,in order to promote the reform of mechanism of system of discipline construction of local agricultural colleges,and improve power play reference role in discipline construction.
