摘  要:
研究旨在观察藤茶中二氢杨梅素(dihydromyricetin,DMY)对瑶山鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及血清抗氧化指标的影响。选取40日龄健康贵州瑶山鸡96只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复8只鸡。以饲喂基础日粮为对照组,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.025%、0.05%和0.1%的二氢杨梅素(DMY),试验期70 d。结果表明:日粮中添加不同剂量的DMY对瑶山鸡的生长性能有一定的促进作用,添加0.05%的DMY极显著提高了瑶山鸡的全期日增重与日采食量(P<0.01)并显著降低前期料肉比(P<0.05);日粮中添加不同剂量的DMY对瑶山鸡的屠宰率、全净膛率均无显著性影响(P>0.05),但0.05%的DMY可极显著提高瑶山鸡的胸肌率(P<0.01);DMY可显著降低瑶山鸡血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P<0.05),且0.025%和0.1%的DMY可极显著降低过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性(P<0.01),但对瑶山鸡体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加DMY可提高瑶山鸡的生长性能,一定程度上改善屠宰性能,防止其体内脂质过氧化损伤。

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of DMY on growth performance, slaugh-ter performance and serum antioxidative indices of Yaoshan chickens. 96 healthy Yaoshan chickens(40 days old) were selected and divided into 4 treatments for 70 days. Each treatment contained 3 rep-licates with 8 chickens per replicate. Fed the basal diet as control group, treatments received basal di-ets supplemented with 0.025%, 0.05% and 0.1% DMY. The results were as follows: Supplementationof different doses of DMY on the growth performance has certain promotion effect. The addition of0.05% DMY can very significantly increase the daily weight gain and daily feed intake(P<0.01) dur-ing the whole period and significantly reduce the ratio of feed and meat during the previous period(P<0.05); Different doses of DMY have no significant effect on the slaughter rate and eviscerated rate(P>0.05). But the 0.05% DMY can extremely significantly improve the muscle rate(P<0.01); DMY can sig-nificantly reduce the MDA content(P<0.05). The addition of 0.025% and 0.1% DMY can very signifi-cantly reduce the CAT activity in serum(P<0.01). But the SOD activity was not significantly affected(P>0.05). These results indicated that supplementation of DMY can improve the growth performance ofYaoshan chickens. The slaughter performance can also be improved to a certain extent. And DMY canprevent lipid peroxidation injury in chikens.
