鲁西地区林草间作对土壤养分性状及微生物数量的影响

摘  要:
林草间作对杨树林地土壤养分性状及微生物数量的影响的结果表明,林间生草使土壤pH逐年降低,下降幅度为0.39%~3.64%;土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾增幅分别为1.55%~8.96%、15.57%~33.55%、17.37%~25.80%、5.25%~9.01%。土壤微生物数量较试验前增加,细菌、真菌、放线菌、氨化细菌、硝化细菌、自生固氮菌的增幅分别为4.57%~52%、23.81%~100%、8.48%~31.21%、18.60%~48.52%、19.64%~55.08%、30.56%~59.63%。T3(生草、施肥)优于T2(清耕、施肥),T2优于T1(清耕、不施肥)。

摘  要:
Using poplars as experimental materials,a single factor randomized block experiment was designed to study the effects of forest grass intercropping on soil nutrient properties and microbial population in poplar forest lands. The result showed that during this experiment,herbage interplanting in poplar forest made soil pH fall from 0. 36% to 3. 64%. The contents of soil organic matter,alkalized- N,available P and K increased respectively 1. 55% ~ 8. 96%,15. 57% ~ 33. 55%,17. 37% ~25. 80%,5. 25% ~ 9. 01%. Herbage interplanting improved the microenvironment, and made the microbial populations be higher than pre- test. The numbers of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes,ammonifiers,nitrobacteria and azotobacteria increased respectively 4. 57% ~ 52%,23. 81% ~ 100%,8. 48% ~ 31. 21%, 18. 60% ~ 48. 52%, 19. 64% ~ 55. 08%, 30. 56% ~ 59. 63%. After the improved effects of the 3 treatments were compared comprehensively,a conclusion was got that T3was better than T2,and T2was better than T1.
