1-MCP处理对‘秦阳’货架品质的影响

摘  要:
研究不同浓度1-MCP处理对‘秦阳’苹果采后常温货架(25℃)及冷藏后常温货架(0℃45 d+25℃8 d)品质的影响,为延长其货架寿命提供科学依据。结果表明:与对照相比,1-MCP处理可显著抑制‘秦阳’果实货架期间的呼吸速率和乙烯释放量,对于延缓果肉硬度和可滴定酸、VC、失重率的下降有明显的效果。其中0.5μL/L处理效果比0.25μL/L和1.0μL/L的好。

摘  要:
This paper was conducted to investigated the effect of different concentration of 1-MCP on the quality of 'qinyang' apples during different shelf periods.In order to provide references for the extension of shelf period on this new early ripening apple cultivar.The results showed that under different shelf conditions,treatment used 1-MCP the decrease of flesh firmness was markedly delayed,while the rates of respiration and the ethylene production were clearly degraded.Additionnally,treatment of 1-MCP also decreased the degeneration of titrate acid,Vitamin C,and reduce rates of weightlessness.0.5 μL/L,1-MCP treatment was better than 0.25 μL/L and 0.1 μL/L treatments
