基于GSS序列的猴面花miRNA生物信息学研究

摘  要:
应用miRtour在线分析工具对猴面花GSS序列进行分析,预测猴面花的miRNA序列,应用psrobot预测miRNA的靶基因。结果发现50条不同的猴面花miRNA成熟序列,尿嘧啶在miRNA 5′端第1碱基出现频率最高,有64条编码序列受到猴面花miRNA的调控。靶基因中有15个编码转录因子,有21个编码酶。

摘  要:
Mimulus gutatus miRNA was predicted based on GSS Sequences by miRtour,whereas miRNA-targeted mRNAs were predicted by psrobot. 50 unique mature miRNA sequences were found in which the uracil nucleotide is dominant in the first position of 5 ′ mature miRNAs. 64mRNAs were regulated by miRNA in which 15 targets was transcription factors,21 targets was enzymes.
