四种野生观赏植物芽期耐盐性与抗旱性研究初探

摘  要:
利用不同浓度PEG和NaCl胁迫处理四种野生观赏植物种子,研究逆境胁迫条件下种子生活力的变化,旨在评价四种野生观赏植物的抗旱性和耐盐性。结果表明,随着PEG、NaCl浓度的增加,各供试材料的相对发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数等均降低,其中百里香的抗旱性较强,火绒草的耐盐性较强,而千叶蓍的抗旱性与耐盐性较强。

摘  要:
The vigor change of seeds of four kinds of wild ornament plants was studied under stress of different concentrations of NaCl and PEG to evaluate the resistance of wild ornament plants.The results showed that with the increase of concentration of PEG and NaCl,the relative germination,the relative germination index,the relative vigor index of each materials decreased.Among them,the drought tolerance of Thymus mandschuricus Ronn.was the strongest.Leontopodium alpinum Hand.showed the strongest salt tolerance.The drought and salt tolerance of Pedicularis veaupinanta L.was stronger.
