不同生物药剂防治葡萄霜霉病菌的室内毒力测定

摘  要:
[目的]筛选对葡萄霜霉病防效最佳的生物药剂。[方法]选择0.3%丁子香酚、0.3%苦参碱、10%多抗霉素等9种生物药剂开展葡萄霜霉病菌的室内毒力测定。[结果]供试药剂对孢子囊萌发抑制效果最好的是0.3%苦参碱,其EC_(50)值和EC_(90)值分别为2.183 4和0.546 4 mg/L,其次是0.3%丁子香酚;而在葡萄霜霉病预防和治疗的毒力测定中,预防和治疗效果最好的药剂是0.3%丁子香酚,其次药剂效果较好的为0.3%苦参碱。[结论] 0.3%丁子香酚和0.3%苦参碱可作为生物药剂防治葡萄霜霉病。

摘  要:
[Objective]To select the best biological fungicides for controlling grape downy mildew. [Method]The indoor toxicity determination of grape downy mildew were used to compare 9 kinds of biological fungicides, including 0.3% Eugenol, 0.3% Matrine and 10% Polyoxin. [Result]0.3% matrine had the best inhibition effect on sporangium germination, its EC_(50) and EC_(90) values were 2.183 4 and 0.546 4 mg/L respectively, followed by 0.3% Eugenol. In the toxicity test of grape downy mildew prevention and treatment, 0.3% Eugenol had the best prevention and treatment effect, followed by 0.3% Matrine. [Conclusion] The 0.3% Eugenol and 0.3% Matrine can be used as biological agents to control grape downy mildew.
