介绍了目前国内关于学者知识库的构建情况,指出了高校及科研机构构建"学者知识库"的必要性。并以"辽宁大学学者知识库"为例,分析了构建学者知识库的流程以及构建过程中所遇到的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。

摘 要：
This paper made a brief introduction on the present construction situation of scholar repository and pointed out the importance of constructing scholar repository for university libraries. Taking Liaoning University Scholar Repository as an example, it analyzed the process and the problems in the process of constructing the repository and also proposed the corresponding solutions.
