依据当前电子政务快速发展的形势,剖析了系统化构建涉密信息安全管理制度的必要性。为了全面提升信息系统安全防范能力,提出了全方位、系统化地构建涉密信息系统安全管理制度体系的主要内容,最后提出了系统化构建涉密信息系统安全管理制度的措施和相关政策建议。

According to of the rapid development of e-government,the needs for management constructing within an organization-wide for classified information systems security is quite urgent.In order to enhance information system's safety and prevention capability,a comprehensive,systematic plan to build information systems security management system as well as the measures and related policy recommendations is put forward.
