基于固体氧化物燃料电池的沼气清洁高效利用技术研究进展

摘  要:
固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)技术的不断发展和成熟为沼气的清洁高效利用提供了契机。沼气-SOFC的能量转化效率达60%以上,而且不需要进行复杂的脱硫脱碳预处理,为沼气高值化利用提供了新的途径。文章介绍了沼气-SOFC系统的基本原理和能量输出特性,综述了近十年来Ni-基,复合金属基和钙钛矿基阳极沼气-SOFC在重整催化、抗碳抗硫和发电性能方面的进展,为促进沼气-SOFC技术的产业化应用提供支撑。

摘  要:
The continuous development and maturity of solid oxide fuel cell( SOFC) technologies provide opportunities for the effective utilization of biogas. The energy conversion efficiency of biogas-SOFC is over 60% without complicated decarburization and desulphurization pretreatment,which provides a new way for the high-value utilization of biogas. This article introduced the basic principles and energy output characteristics of biogas-SOFC system,and reviewed the progress in reforming catalysis,carbon and sulfur resistance,and power generation performance of Ni-based,composite metal-based and perovskite-based biogas-SOFC anodes in recent ten years,aiming to provide support for industrialization of biogas-SOFC technology.
