农网电压跌落下小型风力发电系统网侧控制的研究

摘  要:
在农村电网中,由于农村电网的线径小、半径长、负荷波动大,电网电压跌落时有发生,这种现象导致小型风力发电系统直流母线电压发生波动,影响风电系统的正常运行。为此,在传统前馈补偿研究的基础上,利用小信号分析方法,通过对小型风力发电系统网侧变频器控制策略进行分析,提出了一种带农网扰动补偿的双闭环PI控制策略。通过风电系统仿真软件PSCAD对网侧控制系统搭建仿真模型进行仿真分析。结果表明,该策略不仅可以提高直流母线电压的调节速度,而且可以减小峰值电压的震荡幅值,进而降低直流母线电压的波动,保证风电系统的稳定运行。

摘  要:
In rural power grid,since the small line diameter and long radius of the rural power grid,big fluctuation of load,and the gird voltage drop happen occasionally,this kind of phenomenon lead that DC bus voltage of small wind power system has waved,and the normal operation of the wind power system has been affected.Based on the study of the traditional feed-forward compensation,this paper,through analyzed the nets side inverter control strategy of the small wind power generation system by the signal analysis method,then put forward a PI control strategy of double closed loop which introduced disturbance compensation of rural power grid.Then the simulation model of the grid side control system of wind power in PSCAD is built up to complete the simulation analysis.The results show that this strategy not only increased the speed of DC bus voltage regulation,but also lessened concussion amplitude of the peak voltage,thus reduced fluctuations of DC bus voltage,and ensured the stable operation of the wind power system.
