我国高校在线开放课程建设与应用价值提升策略研究

摘  要:
高校在线开放课程是利用信息技术手段,将各类课程资源进行互联网植入与迁移的重要呈现,其具有高度的资源聚合、丰富的课程资源以及牵动教学理念与教学方式变革的能力,对提升高校教学质量具有重要价值。当前,我国高校在线开放课程存在应用观念滞后、课程资源鱼目混珠、课程模板设计相对单一的问题,需要各利益相关者构建协同合作机制,即坚持有效的政策引导、技术指导与培训辅导,不断提升在线开放课程建设积极性,引入社会力量参与在线开放课程建设与管理,打造在线开放课程专业师资团队。

摘  要:
The online open courses in colleges and universities are an important presentation of the use of information technology to implant and transfer various course resources on the Internet. The high degree of resource aggregation, rich curriculum resources,and the ability to affect the transformation of teaching concepts and teaching methods,are important to improve the quality of teaching Has important value. At present,China s online open courses in universities have problems with lagging application concepts,mixed curriculum resources,and relatively simple curriculum template design. All stakeholders need to build a cooperative mechanism,that is,adhere to effective policy guidance,technical guidance and training and guidance,and continuously improve online The enthusiasm for the construction of open courses,the introduction of social forces to participate in the construction and management of online open courses, and the creation of a professional teacher team for online open courses.
