内置螺旋片管式机油冷却器的设计

摘  要:
机油冷却器是柴油机润滑系统中降低机油温度的有效手段。为此,针对企业需要,提出了一种传热性好、可靠性高、制造工艺简单、维护方便的柴油机机油冷却器结构形式,阐明了这种冷却器传热的原理;并对该种冷却器进行了优化试验,给出了新型冷却器与原冷却器的对比试验数据。试验证明,该冷却器性能优于原普通管式冷却器。

摘  要:
The motor oil intercooler is one of reducing the oil temperature's effective methods in diesel engine lubrication system. The paper described the structure of a new kind of spiral flake tubular lubrication oil intercooler, clarified the principle of this cooler. A contrast optimal test was proceeding. The contrast test data between the new cooler and old one was also given. The data showed that the capability of the new cooler is better than common tubular lubrication oil cooler.
