鱼腥草煎剂对雏鸡试验性大肠埃希菌病的防治作用

摘  要：
为探讨鱼腥草对雏鸡免疫器官的影响和对雏鸡大肠埃希菌病的防治效果,从雏鸡1日龄开始取鱼腥草煎剂(100 g鱼腥草加水2 500 mL)每日定量(每次每只90 mL,每天3次)混饲,以观察雏鸡摄入鱼腥草煎剂后免疫器官指数、外周血T淋巴细胞数的变化及鱼腥草对雏鸡大肠埃希菌病的临床防治效果。结果显示,7日龄、14日龄试验组雏鸡各免疫器官指数、T淋巴细胞数均高于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.01);大肠埃希菌攻毒5 d后,对照组死亡率为83%,试验组死亡率为47%。试验结果表明,鱼腥草可以促进雏鸡免疫器官的发育和增加外周血T淋巴细胞的数量,并对雏鸡大肠埃希菌病的防治有一定效果。

摘  要：
In order to study the preventive and therapeutic effects of decoctum of Houttuynia cordata on experimentally induced E.coli colibacillosis chicks.The decoctum of Houttuynia cordata,stewed with 100 g Houttuynia cordata and 2 500 mL water,was fed chicks three times daily and 90 mL each time per chick when they were born.Then,those chicks' immune organ indexs and the T cell number in peripheral blood were observed.The results showed that,by contrast with control group,7 days and 14 days chicks' immune organ index and T cell numbers in the treatment group were higher,and the difference is very significant(P<0.01).E.coli infection was conducted on the 5th day,the mortality were 83% in the control group and 47% in the experiment group.According to above results,we may infer that Houttuynia cordata can improve the immune organ growth and T cell propagation,and Houttuynia cordata have some preventive and therapeutic effects on the colibacillosis of chicks.
